Meet Dr. Jennifer Davis
Dr. Jennifer Davis believes the best professional learning happens when people are actively involved—not simply listening. As an educator, facilitator, and consultant, she brings the From Telling to Teaching philosophy to life by creating engaging experiences that invite people to participate, reflect, connect, and grow.
Jennifer brings more than 15 years of experience across education and business, along with extensive training in coaching and leadership development. She holds a PhD in Leadership Studies from Anderson University in South Carolina, is a True Colors® Certified Facilitator, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
At the heart of her work is a simple belief: people learn and work better together when they feel understood, valued, and genuinely cared for. That combination of classroom experience, coaching training, and leadership research shapes every workshop she designs; practical, people-first, and grounded in how adults learn.
